Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, EasyPray ships exclusively within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our reach in the future.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ivanhoeeasypray@gmail.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our team at ivanhoeeasypray@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
